How to Stay a Spring Chicken!

At Spring Chicken we want you to get the best out of life and we believe that eating well and staying active are key to this.

Life expectancy has increased by 10 years in the last 60 and we think it is our job to help everybody make the most of this amazing gift of 10 more years.

Introducing our “Stay a Spring Chicken 4-week Exercise Plan”.

Two of our team, Sir Muir Gray and Charlotte Lewis, will give their expert advice and insight throughout this 4-week programme of exercise.

Charlotte Lewis has been a personal trainer for 9 years and is also an athlete on the UK and international circuit, as well as being British under 50.5 kg powerlifting champion for two years.

Sir Muir Gray has spent forty years promoting health and well-being in old age, and is now putting it into practice having turned 70 in 2014 when he published his book “Sod70!”.

Before starting any new exercise regime, if you are concerned, please consult your doctor. However, our exercises are easy to do, just follow the simple instructions. All our exercises have been designed by Charlotte, our personal trainer and they are ideal for anyone over 65 and are safe to do at home with just yourself, a chair and a band.
