Hi I am a long time sufferer of psoriasis – a skin condition and seem to be getting worse. Any advice?

Although psoriasis can’t be cured there is a wide range of treatments, and some new ones, available to help. So have a check-up with your doctor.
When creams and ointments are not enough to keep psoriasis under control, phototherapy may be recommended, as may newer tablet or injection treatments.
It’s important to moisturise the skin and take steps to manage stress because stress can make psoriasis worse. Find stress relief in whatever way works for you – reading, listening to music, deep breathing exercises, or going for a walk, for example. The Psoriasis Association has lots of good information too:
